The invention relates to a character extracting method in a digital video based on character segmentation and color cluster, which comprises the following steps: (1) character segmentation: utilizing the characteristic differences of a character area and a character interval area to carry out vertical projection to segment images in the character area, namely, segmenting each row of area image containing a plurality of characters into a plurality of subarea images only containing a single character so as to reduce the post operating and treating difficulties and improve the identifying accuracy rate of OCR; and (2) character extraction: firstly, using the character color characteristic in the image to cluster colors, finding out an image layer containing maximum character information as a target image layer, and deleting the background area; and then, using the communicating characteristics of the characters to analyze a communicating area of the target image layer, and removing non-character areas to obtain such three results as single character images, an integral image of the character area and an integral image spliced by the single character images respectively, wherein all the three results are input to an OCR system to be identified, and the latter two results use the semantic processing function of the OCR and can accurately determine the characters with similar forms according to the context to improve the identifying effect.

Aluminum-carbon sliding tile and method of producing the same

The invention provides an aluminum-carbon sliding brick, which comprises the following compositions: 60 to 75 percent of aggregate, 15 to 30 percent of powder, 1 to 6 percent of carbon element materials, 2 to 7 percent of antioxidant and 3 to 20 percent of additive. The production method for the aluminum-carbon sliding brick comprises the following steps: firstly, the powder in the raw materials is premixed and prepared into mixed powder for standby; secondly, mixing is performed according to the feeding order of granular materials, a binder and the mixed powder; thirdly, the mixture is discharged and subjected to mechanical pressing; and fourthly, a green brick is dried and prepared into the aluminum-carbon sliding plate brick by an unfired technology or a light burning technology. The method adds nitride and spinel materials in the sliding brick to substantially improve the thermal shock stability of the sliding brick, so as to achieve the level of the aluminum-zirconium-carbon sliding brick; and because the addition of Al metals is adequately increased, air holes can be filled, and the method reduces the brittleness of materials, is favorable for green brick formation, and improves the volume density, the normal temperature strength and the high temperature strength, so as to improve the oxidation resistance of the sliding brick. The aluminum-carbon sliding brick produced by the method not only has good product quality and high strength but also has simple procedure and saves the sintering cost.

The method includes the steps of setting a stereoscopic antenna array composed of three parallel uniform linear arrays; establishing a data vector matrix and a propagator matrix of all the coherently distributed signals; eliminating aperture loss; establishing rotation matrixes and making pairing and combination of characteristic values of the rotation matrixes; and determining a central azimuth angle and a central pitch angle of the distributed signals. In the invention, the propagator is determined with received data firstly, then the three rotation matrixes are determined with the propagator, and finally the central azimuth angle and the central pitch angle of the distributed signals are comprehensively determined through automatically pairing the characteristic values of the three rotation matrixes by using the method in the invention, thereby improving the measuring precision to about 10 times higher than the precision of the prior art. Therefore, the method in the invention has characteristics of simplicity, high reliability, high performance in lowering the calculation processing capacity and complexity degree substantially, high measuring efficiency, high measuring precision degree and so on.
