Abstract

The invention provides an agricultural product pesticide residue detection system for performing rapid nondestructive testing on pesticide residues of vegetables or fruits. The surfaces of agricultural products are irradiated by exciting light to study fluorescence generated by the pesticide residues under the laser irradiation, and the fluorescence images are studied to detect whether there are pesticide residue. The agricultural product pesticide residue detection system performs the following operations: obtaining a first fluorescence image of a first wavelength band and a second fluorescence image of a second wavelength band, and determining a correction image based on the second fluorescence image and a grayscale correction coefficient; determining a detection image based on the firstfluorescence image and the correction image; and performing threshold segmentation on pixel gray values with gray values greater than a threshold in the detection image to determine the distributionof pesticide residues in a sample to be detected, and performing alarm when the pesticide residues exceed the standard.
