The system comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, a camera unit, a central control unit, a wireless communication module, a cloud server, a fan, a heater, a spraying device and a dehumidification device. The central control unit is respectively in electrical connection with the temperature and humidity sensor and the camera unit and used for receiving temperature and humidity data information acquired by the temperature and humidity sensor, and image identification information acquired by the camera unit, and further sending the image identification information out through the wireless communication module; and the cloud server receives the image identification information through the wireless communication module to complete crowd identification and feed back to the central control unit.
