Abstract

There is described an agricultural tractor having a component storage system. The storage system is provided in the form of a storage bracket which is attached to the pick-up hitch of the tractor. Thestorage bracket allows for the storage of components of the pick-up hitch when not in use, e.g. a pick-up hitch hook, a drawbar. As the bracket is attached to the pick-up hitch itself, the componentsare stored in a convenient location for the tractor operator, to allow for hitch components to be changed in a relatively fast manner.

Background technique [0002] Some farm tractors (particularly in parts of Europe) have a pick-up hitch on the rear of the tractor. Such pick-up hitches include hitch components, such as hitch hooks, that can be raised and lowered relative to the chassis of the tractor to facilitate coupling with a trailer or other implement to be coupled to the tractor. [0003] To allow for increased flexibility, a hook or other hitch component may be removed from the pick hitch and replaced with another hitch component, eg, a tie rod or drawbar. However, components not in use must be stored on the tractor when not in use.
