Embodiment Construction

[0033] In order to enable your review committee members to better understand the technical content of the present invention, the preferred specific embodiments are described as follows.

[0034] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of applying the handle of the first embodiment of the present invention to a badminton racket, please refer to figure 1 shown. The handle 1 of this embodiment is applied to a badminton racket R. Specifically, the badminton racket R includes the handle 1, the racket frame 8 and the middle tube 9 of this embodiment, wherein the two ends of the middle tube 9 are connected to the racket frame 8 and the handle 1 respectively. Specifically, one end of the middle tube 9 is connected to the racket frame 8 , and the other end of the middle tube 9 is inserted into the handle 1 . The racket frame 8 and the middle tube 9 can be integrally formed, or connected to each other by secondary molding, which is not limited by the present invention.

Abstract

The invention discloses a grab handle applied to a badminton racket. The badminton racket comprises a racket frame, a middle tube and the grab handle, wherein the two ends of the middle tube are connected with the racket frame and the grab handle respectively. The grab handle comprises a body and a front sleeve. The middle tube is inserted into the body, and the body comprises a foaming material layer and a composite material layer. The foaming material layer is provided with a containing hole, and the middle tube is arranged in the containing hole. The composite material layer is disposed onthe outer side of the foaming material layer and form by stacking at least one carbon fiber cloth and at least one glass fiber cloth. The front sleeve sleeves the front end of the body and is providedwith an opening, and the middle tube penetrates through the opening and is inserted into the body.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a badminton racket, in particular to a handle of the badminton racket. Background technique [0002] The badminton game is a common and popular ball game, and the player hits the shuttlecock with a badminton racket as a game method. The main structure of a badminton racket includes a frame, a middle tube and a handle, and the middle tube connects the frame and the handle. Generally speaking, the handles of badminton rackets can be divided into wooden handles and artificial handles according to different materials. Artificial handles are often made of carbon fiber. [0003] Because wood has the advantages of light weight, high rigidity, high strength, high toughness and good shock absorption effect, when hitting a ball, using a wooden handle can achieve a better feel, which is hereinafter referred to as the hitting feel. However, the weight and output of wood are unstable, and it is easy to have material shortages. In...
