The method is characterized in that the content of staphylococcus and the content of corynebacterium in flora of mammary gland tissue or milk samples, and the proportion of the staphylococcus and the proportion of the corynebacterium in the flora are detected. The detection result based on the method can be used for forecasting and assessing the morbidity risk of female mastitis (including lactation period mastitis and non-lactation period mastitis), and guiding diagnosis, treatment and prognostic assessment of the mastitis.
