The invention provides a method for establishing a lactation model of cow mammary gland epithelial cells for researching the milk protein gene expression regulation mechanism and providing favorable conditions for testing a mammary gland expression vector. The testing method comprises the following steps: carrying out primary culture and identification of the cow mammary gland epithelial cells; determining the secretion situation of lactose by using the HPLC method; determining the secretion situation of beta-casein protein by using the HPLC method; and carrying out cryopreservation and recovery on the cells. The method adopts the tissue block method to culturing the cow mammary gland epithelial cells in different periods, compared with other primary culture methods of the mammary gland epithelial cells, such as enzyme digestion and the like, the method does not affect the activity of the mammary gland epithelial cells, the culture cost is very low, and the operation is very simple. The method realizes the continuation of normal culture of a cow mammary gland epithelial cell system, thereby property and effectively preserving a large number of precious cow mammary gland tissue materials. Composition with Staphylococcus aureus resisting effect and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a composition with a Staphylococcus aureus resisting effect. The composition consists of general flavone of sophora flavescens and general flavone of liquorice. The general flavone parts of sophora flavescens and liquorice are prepared through extraction, extraction, enrichment and the like, and are compounded. The invention discloses a method for assessing the health status of mammary gland and the quality of breast milk through detecting the flora composition of mammary gland or milk samples and an application of the method. The method is characterized in that the content of staphylococcus and the content of corynebacterium in flora of mammary gland tissue or milk samples, and the proportion of the staphylococcus and the proportion of the corynebacterium in the flora are detected. The detection result based on the method can be used for forecasting and assessing the morbidity risk of female mastitis (including lactation period mastitis and non-lactation period mastitis), and guiding diagnosis, treatment and prognostic assessment of the mastitis. In addition, the method can also be used for assessing the quality of the breast milk of females at the lactation period. For healthy females having morbidity risk or low breast milk quality, a dietary structure adjustment scheme can be drafted according to the inspection result, and the scheme can directly or indirectly improve the flora structure of the mammary gland and/or the breast milk, so that the corresponding preventing and health-carepurpose can be realized.
