Abstract

The invention discloses a dynamic monitoring method for a tidal reach channel regulation project. The method comprises the following steps: 1, analyzing the tidal reach characteristics and the dynamicmonitoring demand; 2, making a dynamic monitoring scheme; 3, implementing and adjusting dynamic monitoring; and 4, compiling dynamic monitoring data. Compared with the prior art, the dynamic monitoring scheme for the tidal reach channel regulation project is systematized, the project design is optimized timely, and the construction scheme is adjusted dynamically in order to ensure smooth completion of the channel regulation project according to approved standard, scale and investment, and fulfill the aim of improving the channel regulation effect. Through adoption of the method, the problemsof undefined dynamic monitoring content and imperfect dynamic management mechanism of the existing channel regulation project are solved, and the channel regulation effect is ensured. The method includes large-range river regime monitoring, hydrologic survey, regulating structure monitoring, channel depth monitoring as well as hydrology and water resource special monitoring, and can be suitable for the dynamic monitoring and dynamic management work of a tidal reach or coastal channel regulation project.
