The highly-integrated linearcharging voltage stabilizing circuit mainly comprises a rectifier module, a linear charging voltage stabilizing module and a power supply self-switching module. The linear charging voltage stabilizing module is configured to perform a linear charging mode for a battery load according to a first instruction input by a user and perform a linear voltage-stabilized output mode for a non-battery loadaccording to a second instruction input by the user. The power supply self-switching module is configured to make the highly-integrated linear charging voltage stabilizing circuit switched flexibly between wired and wireless power supply modes. Compared with the prior art, the highly-integrated linear charging voltage stabilizing circuit provided by the invention achieves a linear charging function or a linear voltage-stabilized output function with fewer requirements on external components. When the circuit is applied to a low-power equipment charging product, the volume or size of the charging product can be greatly reduced, and the cost of the charging equipment can be reduced.
