The device comprises: a box body, test space partition plates,a convection heat transfer system, a radiation heat transfer system, a vacuum system, an air supply system and a centralized control system, wherein the convection heat transfer system and the radiation heat transfer system cooperatively work to obtain the temperature required for the test; and when the pressure in the test space is low and the convection heat transfer system cannot exchange heatwell, the radiation heat transfer system can play the role of obtaining the required temperature.
