The tail gas post-treatment device comprises a shell, a post-treatment carrier and a liner which seals the post-treatment carrier in the shell, wherein the shell is provided with an inlet end portion and an outlet end portion, the shell is further provided with an inner conical surface which extends from the inlet end portion to the outlet end portion and is provided with the diameter reduced from the inlet end portion to the outlet end portion, and the liner and the inner conical surface are mutually extruded. Compared with the prior art, the greater the post-treatment carrier of the tail gas post-treatment device is extruded under thrust of backpressure, the tighter the liner is so that the post-treatment carrier can be effectively prevented from slipping from the interior of the shell.
