According to the control method and device, frequency adjustment amount of the compressor is corrected according to the variation amount of the exhaust temperature difference and the inner plate temperature difference of the compressor, so that operation frequency of the compressor is accurately controlled; frequent frequency rise and fall of the compressor can be effectively avoided; service life of the compressor is prolonged; energy consumption of the system is reduced; operation reliability of the system is improved; temperature fluctuation caused by excessive adjustment of operating frequency of the compressor can be effectivelyavoided; and use comfort of a user is improved.
