Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the prior art, the traditional granulator is prone to clogging of the feeding port when feeding, and the dust aroused by the material during the stirring process is easy to scatter outwards, which is easy to cause lung diseases after being inhaled by people, and disperses in the air to pollute the air ; and the residual material inside the granulator is not easy to clean up, and the residual material cleaned up is difficult to be reused, resulting in a waste of resources; for this reason, the present invention proposes a granulator and its operation to prevent the pig feed from being stuck in the gap method to solve the above problems

Abstract

The invention discloses a granulator for preventing pig feed from being clamped in gaps. The granulator comprises a granulator body, wherein the top face of the granulator body is provided with a feeding port, the upper side of the feeding port is provided with a feeding hopper, an opening of the feeding hopper is provided with a cover plate, the inner wall of the granulator body is provided witha partition plate, and the bottom face of the partition plate is provided with a motor frame. The invention further discloses an operation method of the granulator for preventing the pig feed from being clamped in the gaps. The operation method comprises the following steps of feeding, mixing of materials, conveying of the materials, granulation, circulation of remaining materials and taking of the materials. The granulator and the operation method thereof have the advantages that a telescopic rod body is additionally arranged on the surface of a driving shaft at the upper end of the providedgranulator for preventing the pig feed from being clamped in the gaps, when a beating head at the end of the telescopic rod body and a beating head on the inner wall of a through port are out of position during rotating, knocking of the inner wall of the through port is achieved, and materials in the feeding port are shaken off conveniently during knocking, thereby avoiding the blockage of the feeding port.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of granulators, in particular to a granulator for preventing pig feed from being stuck in a gap and an operation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Pig feed is the main food for feeding domestic pigs. Pig feed needs to use a granulator in the production process. The granulator is to add the main material and auxiliary materials that need to be granulated into the mixer according to the appropriate ratio and formula, and the powder The material and binder are mixed in the cylindrical container by the bottom mixing paddle at high speed to form a wet soft material, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side-mounted high-speed pulverizing paddle, thus achieving the purpose of granulation; [0003] In the prior art, the traditional granulator is prone to clogging of the feeding port when feeding, and the dust aroused by the material during the stirring process is easy to scatter outwards, whic...
