Abstract

The invention relates to field of machining equipment and discloses intelligent processing equipment for machining. The intelligent processing equipment comprises a base, a support seat, a spindle box, a milling cutter and a machining platform, wherein the machining platform is mounted on the base, is positioned on the obverse side of the support seat and can move in the horizontal direction; a chip removal chamber below the spindle box is formed in the top of the machining platform; a rotary shaft in the chip removal chamber is fixedly mounted on the machining platform in a sleeving manner; support platforms are fixedly mounted on the rotary shaft in a sleeving manner; and the support platforms and the rotary shaft can rotate simultaneously. According to the intelligent processing equipment, five rotatable support platforms are arranged at equal intervals to replace processing grooves in an existing machining platform, so that scrap iron generated when a workpiece is machined falls into the chip removal chamber of the machining platform to be conveniently cleaned. Compared with the existing equipment, additional cleaning is not needed, so that the continuous processing efficiencyof the equipment is effectively improved.
