The technical principle includes: using cement, a cement-based composite curing agent or other curing agent forsoil reinforcement, stirring a curing agent slurry and mud in certain compounding proportion evenly by stirring machinery to form solidified soil, then putting the solidified soil into a molding moldfor processing into building blocks, waterproof plates, precast piles or other solidified soil products.
