Embodiments of the invention provide a code relationship generation method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium, and the method specifically comprise the steps of performing globalcode scanning on a to-be-analyzed program code to obtain a plurality of native variables; judging the operation type of the execution function of each native variable; and generating a calling relationship between the code modules according to the operation types of all the execution functions and a preset module function and business database, and generating a visual code relationship graph according to the calling relationship between the code modules. According to the scheme, a reverse analysis method is used for discovering and positioning a code non-representation interaction relationship, a code function and service logic are introduced, and finally, a code relationship graph capable of clearly and accurately describing all calling relationships in a program is generated, so that aprogrammer can conveniently modify or adjust a program code.
