Abstract

The magnetic separator comprises a rotary magnetic separation assembly, a fluid supply device and a support. The rotary magnetic separation assembly comprises a fluid chamber and a separation box which are separated through a fluid distribution device, wherein a magnetic system is arranged at one side where the fluid chamber is located, and the separation box is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port. The fluid supply device is connected to the fluid chamber through a pipe, so that fluid can be supplied to the fluid chamber and is distributed and discharged into the separation box through the fluid distribution device, and a hydrodynamic field can be formed; and the rotary magnetic separation assembly is integrally connected with the support through a rotating shaft, so that the rotary magnetic separation assembly can pivot relative to the horizontal plane to adjust the inclination angle. According to the invention, a reinforced planar turbulent flow field is introduced, so that the magnetic separation effect of fine-grained materials is improved;and the angle of the separation box can be adjusted through rotation of the rotating shaft, so that the separation requirements of different materials are met.
