A sewage storage tank in the device is connected with an inlet of a middle water storage device after being connected with one or more natural water purification pipelines in series through a pipeline with a water pump, the middle water storage device is connected with a drainage pipeline and a backflow pipeline, and the middle water storage device is connected with the sewage storage tank through the backflow pipeline to form a circulation loop; each natural water purification pipeline comprises a broken-line-shaped main pipeline and an oval auxiliary pipeline; and each oval auxiliary pipeline is arranged at a joint bending position of two branch pipelines and formedby connecting a straight pipe section and an arc pipe section, an inlet of each straight pipe section is coaxially connected with an upstream branch pipeline at the joint bending position, an outlet of each arc pipe section is connected with a downstream branch pipeline at the joint bending position, and the water flow directions of each straight pipe section and one corresponding arc pipe sectionare opposite. According to the device provided by the invention, pressure drop is generated only by depending on the special structural design of the pipeline to induce cavitation, and water is purified by utilizing cavitation, so that the device can be applied to a current sewage treatment system, the pollutant amount is reduced, and the production costs are saved.
