Embodiment 1

[0026] A method for selecting foreign matter in blueberries, comprising the steps of:

[0027] (1) Add white granulated sugar and water with a mass ratio of 1:6 in the open sandwich pot;

[0028] (2) The temperature of the solution in the open jacketed pot is raised to 42° C., stirring continuously during the heating process, so that the white granulated sugar is fully dissolved;

[0029] (3) After reaching the target temperature, put in blueberries and stir continuously for 5 minutes; the mass ratio of blueberries to water is 1:3;

[0030] (4) Stop stirring, skim off the blueberry stalks and leaves on the water surface, collect the blueberries suspended in the water and drain.

Embodiment 2

[0032] A method for selecting foreign matter in blueberries, comprising the steps of:

[0033] (1) Add white sugar and water with a mass ratio of 1:5 in an open sandwich pot;

[0034] (2) The temperature of the solution in the open jacketed pot is raised to 40°C, stirring continuously during the heating process to fully dissolve the white granulated sugar;

[0035] (3) After reaching the target temperature, put in blueberries and stir continuously for 3 minutes; the mass ratio of blueberries to water is 1:4;

[0036] (4) Stop stirring, skim off the blueberry stalks and leaves on the water surface, collect the blueberries suspended in the water and drain.

Embodiment 3

[0038] A method for selecting foreign matter in blueberries, comprising the steps of:

[0039] (1) Add white sugar and water with a mass ratio of 1:5 in an open sandwich pot;

[0040] (2) The temperature of the solution in the open jacketed pot is raised to 45° C., stirring continuously during the heating process, so that the white granulated sugar is fully dissolved;

[0041] (3) After reaching the target temperature, put in blueberries and stir continuously for 4 minutes; the mass ratio of blueberries to water is 1:4;

[0042] (4) Stop stirring, skim off the blueberry stalks and leaves on the water surface, collect the blueberries suspended in the water and drain.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for selecting blueberry foreign matters. Screening of blueberries, particularly frozen blueberries is realized by using a white granulated sugar solution with a certain concentration and temperature, and impurities such as leaves, stems, hair and sand gravel are efficiently removed. The defects of a blueberry selecting machine are overcome, and high-efficiency andlow-loss selection of the blueberries is realized by utilizing the temperature, density and viscosity of the white granulated sugar solution; due to use of pectin pectylhydrolase, damage to the skin of the blueberries by high temperature and sugar liquid is effectively avoided, the integrity of the screen blueberries is improved, the guarantee period is prolonged and the freezing tolerance of theblueberries is improved; and due use of CaCl2, the skin breaking rate is further reduced, the protection period is prolonged and the freezing tolerance is improved. The method is simple, rapid and high in selecting efficiency; non-loss selection of the blueberries can be realized; the sugar liquid is reusable; and the process cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for selecting blueberry foreign matter. Background technique [0002] Wild blueberries grow in the primeval forests north of Daxing'an Mountains in my country. They can withstand the severe cold of minus 50°C. The roots grow in the permafrost all the year round, and the fruits are rich in nutrients. Wild blueberry has high nutritional value and is a rare and rare wild fruit. [0003] Due to the limitation of harvesting conditions, blueberries, especially wild blueberries, contain blueberry stems and blueberry leaves, as well as other foreign objects such as stones and hair, which are usually screened by a blueberry sorting machine or manually. However, the selection effect of the existing blueberry sorting machine is limited, and a certain amount of foreign matter is easy to be mixed and easy to cause damage to the blueberries; the efficiency of manual screening is very low. Therefore, a screening method with high ef...
