Abstract

The invention discloses a bituminous mixture uniformity evaluation method based on a virtual split test. The method comprises the following steps: firstly acquiring a cylindrical bituminous mixture test piece; then acquiring multiple two-dimensional horizontal cross section images of the bituminous mixture test piece, and converting the acquired images into grayscale images; and then obtaining boundary coordinates of each aggregate and each gap by utilizing the cross section and grayscale images of the bituminous mixture test piece, building a three-dimensional discrete element model for a bituminous mixture test piece split test and performing the virtual split test, thus obtaining split strength, and calculating a variable coefficient of the split strength index, so that uniformity of abituminous mixture is evaluated. The method disclosed by the invention is based on the virtual split test, can perform quantitative evaluation on the uniformity of the bituminous mixture by adopting the variable coefficient of the split strength index and has strong industrial applicability and operability; and compared with other methods, the method disclosed by the invention is more scientific and representative in uniformity parameter selection, and an evaluation result on the uniformity of the bituminous mixture is more accurate.
