The preparation method comprises the steps that a water-soluble monomer is dissolved into a polymer solution (or a casting solution), the casting solution is wiped to a non-woven fabric by using a membrane wiper, and then the non-woven fabric is soaked into a coagulating bath for phase transformation;by controlling the phase transformation time, the concentration of the monomer in a polymer membrane, and the polymer-based membrane containing the water-soluble monomer is formed; the polymer-basedmembrane is taken out, the liquid remaining on the surface of the membrane is removed by using filter paper, an oil-phase solution is poured onto the surface of the polymer, and after a reaction, drying is conducted to obtain the composite membrane. According to the preparation method, an existing technical process for preparing a polyamide or polyesteramide composite membrane can be simplified toa great extent, the composite membrane is high in throughput and high in selectivity, and compared with a traditional preparation method, the performance is obviously improved. Besides, the method issuitable for a conventional polymer, the using amount of the water-soluble monomer is greatly reduced, the method is simple in process, easy to prepare anhd low in raw material cost, and preparationis high in industrial applicability.
