Abstract

Provided is a fishing rod whereby attachments can be efficiently replaced. This fishing rod has: a rod body; attachments having a mounting section and being attached to the outer circumferential surface of the rod body via the mounting section; a first layer formed as a result of a first sheet being wound so as to surround both the mounting section and the rod body; and a second layer formed as aresult of winding a fiber-reinforced resin second sheet around the outside of the first sheet. The tensile elongation of the first sheet as measured in accordance with JIS K 7161-1 is greater than thetensile elongation of the second sheet as measured in accordance with JIS K 7161-1.
