Abstract

The automatic measuring device for the profile dimension comprises a controller, an ultrasonic ranging module, adisplay screen, a power supply source and a measuring baffle. The ultrasonic ranging module is fixedly installed on a platform below a sawing opening of the cutting machine, and the ultrasonic ranging module is parallel to the sawing opening and is spaced from the sawing opening for a fixed distance. The measuring baffle is detachably installed at the end, far away from the cutting machine, of ato-be-cut profile. The ultrasonic ranging module, the display screen and the power supply source are all electrically connected with the controller.
