Embodiment 1

[0035] Such as figure 1 and 2 As shown, a water surface quick rescue device based on an air bag includes a buoy, a fast propulsion device, a steering propulsion device, a directional overturning device, a lifesaving ejection device and a controller. The buoy is in the shape of a shuttle with a wide middle and two pointed ends, including a basic shell 101 and a plurality of blade opening and closing components. The center of gravity of the buoy is located on the central axis of the buoy. The blade opening and closing assembly includes opening and closing blades 102 and return springs 103 . The inner edge of the opening and closing blade 102 is hinged to the edge of the head end of the basic shell 101 . Both ends of the return spring 103 are respectively fixed to the inner side of the opening and closing blade 102 and the head end of the basic housing 101 . The opening and closing blades 102 in each blade opening and closing assembly are closed together under the pulling for...

Embodiment 2

[0055] The water surface rescue method using the airbag-based water surface rapid rescue device differs from Embodiment 1 in that no UWB positioning base station is set in the target water area; no location label is set on the airbag-based water surface rapid rescue device and the alarm. A GPS chip is set on the water surface rapid rescue device based on the airbag and the alarm. In the second step, the drowning person and the water surface rapid rescue device based on the airbag are positioned through the GPS chip.

Abstract

The invention discloses a water surface rapid rescue device based on air bags and a water surface rescue method. In some coastal occasions, life jackets are often needed for patrolling the sea surface, and thus drowning events are prevented. The water surface rapid rescue device based on the air bags comprises a buoy, a rapid propulsion device, a direction-adjusting propulsion device, a directional turnover device and a life-saving pushout device. The rapid propulsion device comprises the expansion air bag, a discharge electrode and a conveying air path. The conveying air path comprises an oxygen storage tank, a methane storage tank, a first flow meter, a second flow meter, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve, a reversing valve, a first on-off valve, a third one-way valve and anair pump. The life-saving pushout device comprises the life-saving air bag, a gas storage tank and a second on-off valve. Through mutual cooperation of the rapid propulsion device, the direction-adjusting propulsion device and the directional turnover device, the water surface rapid rescue device can rapidly get close to drowning people and conducts rescuing, and can be used in some coastal occasions, so that the working load of life savers is decreased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of rescue devices, and in particular relates to an airbag-based rapid surface rescue device and a rescue method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, in some seaside occasions, life jackets are often required to patrol the sea surface to prevent drowning incidents. To this end, a lot of energy needs to be invested, such as arranging lifeguards to watch at sea and be on call at any time. This approach may result in failure to rescue in time. Therefore, there is a need for a quick rescue device, which can rescue the drowning person in time after the drowning event occurs, and relieve the workload of the lifeguard. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide an airbag-based water surface rapid rescue device and a rescue method thereof. [0004] The present invention is an airbag-based rapid water surface rescue device, which comprises a buoy, a rapid pr...
