The pin of each electrode clamping hoop is inserted into each positioning pin hole of the composite insulator hardware fitting, and each electrode clamping hoop is fastened to an end portion of the composite insulator hardware fitting through a bolt and a nut. The ground wire composite insulator with the electrode positioning structure of the invention can ensure stability of an electrode air gap. The stability of power communication is ensured and a lightning stroke failure rate of a power transmission line is reduced.
