Abstract

The invention discloses an electric heating combined fault simulation experiment platform and method of a natural ester insulating oil transformer. The platform comprises a main oil tank, a pressurization temperature control system and a circulation pressure relief system, wherein the pressurization temperature control system and the circulation pressure relief system are connected respectively. Connecting pipelines are arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion of the main oil tank respectively. An electrode penetrates the main oil tank from the upper connecting pipeline to the lowerconnecting pipeline; and the upper end and the lower end of the electrode are connected with a high-voltage lead and grounded respectively. A heating device is arranged at the lower middle part of the main oil tank through a communicated channel and is used for heating natural ester insulating oil locally and integrally; and a temperature sensor is mounted through an embedded channel to monitor the temperatures of the natural ester insulating oil and the heating device in the main oil tank in real time. The pressurization temperature control system is respectively connected with the electrode, the temperature sensor and the heating device in the main oil tank and is used for adjusting the electrode voltage and the temperature of the heating device. The circulation pressure relief system is connected with the main oil tank through a circulating pipe and a high-temperature circulating pump arranged at the circulating pipe is used for driving oil circulation in the main oil tank.
