Meanwhile, effective gradient distribution of different n values is increased, the charge transmission efficiency is improved, the improvement of the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite battery device is finally directly determined, the series-parallel resistance of the device is improved, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of 18.48% is finally obtained.
