According to a seeding method, a plurality of rows of suction nozzles are utilized to alternately and continuously complete seeding; after a row of suction nozzles is reasonably utilized to complete seed metering, the suction nozzles returnto the seed disc for the next seed taking process, multiple times of seeding can be conducted through one time of arc reciprocating motion, the time for the suction nozzles to return to the seed discfor the next seed taking process is effectively utilized, the equipment operation energy consumption is reduced, and the seeding efficiency is greatly improved.
