The energy-saving air conditioner consists of indoor machine subassemblies, and an air-cooled condenser, a liquid reservoir, a fluorine pump and a capillary tube which are positioned outside the room, wherein the indoor machine subassemblies comprise a compressor, an evaporator and the like and are connected with an inlet of the air-cooled condenser through a connecting pipeline; the liquid reservoir is installed on a connecting pipeline between an outlet of the air-cooled condenser and the indoor machine; and the fluorine pump is connected with another branch at the outlet of the liquid reservoir, thus forming a separate refrigerating circulation system with the air-cooled condenser, the evaporator and the capillary tube. The air conditioner lowers the temperature by a refrigerating system in summer. When the outdoor temperature is lower than a certain pre-set temperature, the fluorine pump energy-saving system operates.
