The sealing structure capable of presetting the clearance comprises a fixing structure and an auxiliary structure, wherein the fixing structure is used for pressing and limiting a part to be positioned and making a final hole in the surface of the part to be positioned; and the auxiliary structure is used for assisting the fixing structure to carry out auxiliary limiting on the part to be positioned, and the side wall of the end surface in which the fixing structure and the auxiliary structure are matched with each other is provided with an adjusting bulge for a presetting the clearance. According to the sealing structure capableof presetting the clearance, the technical scheme is adopted, the accuracy of drilling and assembling can be guaranteed through the adjusting bulge with preset thickness according to requirements on aworking surface of the sealing structure, and the gap clearance between a sealing angle sheet and a stringer web plate can be controlled through the adjusting bulge; and the sealing angle sheet adopts a glass fiber material to be lighter than an aluminum alloy material structure, and the lightning protection design requirements between a composite material stringer and the metal wing rib are met.
