The cyclic pulse generation way designed by the invention is simple in structure, easy to realize and high in reliability, the generated pulse can be used for the internal application of the digital quantity 0 and 1 and used for counting, timekeeping and timing; the external relay output can be used for cooperating with other equipment to accomplish the control; and meanwhile, the cyclic pulse generation power and the pulse widthare adjustable; the location of a telescopic link can be adjusted through a spring and a neck by arranging a rotary knob, thereby controlling the on-off of the whole circuit, and reaching a functionof manually controlling the pulse signal.
