Abstract

The invention discloses an information indication method and a device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that user equipment (UE) generates service indication information; wherein the service indication information is used for indicating the transmission condition of the first service on a second transmission resource, the second transmission resource is a scheduling-free resource in the first transmission resource, the first transmission resource is a time-frequency resource, and the second service is transmitted on the first transmission resource. The UEsends the service indication information to the base station, therefore, the base station can know the transmission condition of the first service of the UE on the second transmission resource, so that the first transmission resource (including the second transmission resource) is fully utilized to transmit the second service when the first service does not need to be transmitted, and the timeliness of the transmission of the first service on the second transmission resource is ensured when the first service needs to be transmitted.
