industrial Ethernet communication
system, a ground draught fan
frequency conversion monitoring system and a downhole air net
monitoring system. The ground monitoring center consists of a central
station and a
server, wherein the central
station consists of PLC controllers. The
industrial Ethernet communication
system consists of optical network, an
Ethernet module and an exchange board. The draught fan
frequency conversion monitoring system consists of a draught fan working
condition monitoring sensor, a monitoring substation and a
frequency conversion control
assembly. The downhole air net monitoring
system consists of a ventilation and environmental parameter monitoring sensor, a monitoring substation and a ventilation facility monitoring device. In system application, minimum remainder
branch needs to be determined, the blast capacity of the minimum remainder
branch needs to be monitored, air net structural features are analyzed, a
cellular automaton model is established, and a optimal relevance
branch ventilative resistance regulation scheme is calculated; and according to the needed blast capacity of the branch, the total needed blast capacity of an air net is calculated in an iterative solution, the needed
operating frequency is found in a draught fan performance curve
library, and an advanced
verification prospective regulation result is calculated through the air net.
