Abstract

The load instrument, the program control digital multimeter and the power supply are electrically connected with the industrial control computer. The tool comprises a supporting plate, a motor base arranged on the supporting plate, a motor arranged on the motor base, a sensor used for measuring the rotating speed of the motor, and a motor supporting base used for supporting the measured motor. A rotating shaft of the motor and a rotating shaft of the measured motor are on the same straight line, and an end part of the rotating shaft of the motor is provided with a coupling for connecting the rotating shaft of the measured motor.
