Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent fuse. The intelligent fuse comprises two electrodes, memory metal and a shell; the memory metal is spring-shaped, wherein one end of the memory metal is fixed onan electrode of the intelligent fuse in the shell, and the other end of the memory metal is not fixed in the shell and is in contact with the electrode at the other end of the shell; the temperatureof a circuit component can be directly transmitted to the memory metal spring through the electrode when an electric appliance works. After the technical scheme is adopted, when the intelligent fuse is electrified to work, the high temperature is transmitted to a memory metal spring through the electrode once the heat accumulation temperature generated by a resistor of an electrical and electronicelement reaches the memory metal deformation temperature, and the electrode in contact with the deformation end of the memory metal spring is disconnected with a power supply. The disconnected intelligent fuse stops electrifying an electric appliance circuit, and the temperature of the components of the electric appliance circuit begins to drop. When the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, the intelligent fuse resumes working. Components in an electric appliance circuit are ensured to always work in a constant temperature state lower than memory metal metamorphosis temperature,thereby avoiding the factors of fire and explosion caused by overload of current of the electric appliance circuit and spontaneous combustion of heat accumulation temperature generated by resistance of internal circuit components higher than critical points of the circuit components.
