HF electrical stimulation may be delivered to the subject, which may include delivering subsensory, subthreshold, AC electrical stimulation to the site at a frequency in excess of 500 Hz and less than 15,000 Hz to help reduce or relieve one of the symptoms associated with RLS or PLMD or more symptoms. A charge-balanced controlled current HF electrical stimulation waveform can be used.
