The navigation method comprises the following steps: detecting whether GPS information in a bracelet is available or not; if not, executing the following steps; acquiring and storing acceleration, angular velocity and geomagnetic field intensity information under a bracelet coordinate system through an accelerometer, a gyroscope and a magnetometer in the bracelet; carrying out step detection and segmentation by using the accelerometer information and gyroscope information stored in the bracelet to obtain a gait segmentation result; with the gait segmentation result and the acceleration, angular velocity and geomagnetic field intensity information in the bracelet, realizing determination ofa walking direction of a pedestrian in the current step; realizing estimation of a walking step length of the pedestrian in the current step by using the gait segmentation result and the accelerationinformation in the bracelet; and carrying out pedestrian track recursion by using gait segmentation, pedestrian walking direction and pedestrian walking step length estimation results.
