The breeding method of the trichoderma harzianum high-yielding strain provided by the invention has the advantages that the strain breeding efficiency can be effectively improved, so that the strain breeding period can be shortened; the strain breeding needs 6 to 8 generations of breeding before, and the strain breeding can be completed only through 3 to 4 generations now; and the time is shortened by a half.
