Abstract

In view of a sample taken from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, the specific lectin can be divided into two groups: the group A contains PHA-E, EEL, BPL, GSL-II, VVA and PNA for judging whether the sample is from a patient with adenocarcinoma of lung; the group B contains PNA and MPL for judging whether the sample is from a patient with squamous cell lung carcinoma; and if it is known in advance that the subject is a patient with lung cancer, whether the sample is from apatient with small cell lung cancer can be deduced according to the test results of the group A and the group B. According to the use provided by the invention, the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid is used as an object to be detected, since the object to be detected is a sample obtained directly from the primary lesion and adjacent tumor cells, the object to be detected has high organ specificity, can directly reflect the true state of the body of the patient, and is safe and minimally invasive.
