The method comprises the steps of setting the chromaticity and brightness of a target light color, wherein the chromaticity is expressed as CIE 1931 chromaticity coordinates, and the brightness can be an absolute brightness value and a relative brightness value; measuring the absolute tristimulus value of each color LED at a maximum control signal value by using a spectral radiometer, sampling in an LED light source control signal range, further measuring the absolute tristimulus value of each color LED by using the spectral radiometer, and establishing the calibration data; calculating a normalized brightness matching coefficient according to the chromaticity coordinates and brightness of thetarget light color and the absolute tristimulus value of each color LED at the maximum control signal value; calculating a control signal value of each color LED by utilizing the normalized brightness matching coefficient and the calibration sample through cubic spline interpolation, and further correcting to prevent from exceeding the control signal value range, so that the set target light color is realized.
