The method comprises the steps of performing clustering division on ocean archives, constructing the ocean archives into a plurality of database partitions, dividing the ocean archives into static archives and dynamic archives, querying and analyzing the data by adopting an SQL operation language, exporting a parallelization interface file and analyzing the parallelization interface file; finally, obtaining a complete bottom-layer multi-core parallel optimization database, andthe database serving as a database of ocean archives to conduct engineering transplantation of algorithms. According to the method, the problem of disordered management of the current ocean archivesis effectively solved. A means of parallelizing a database is adopted. Meanwhile, dynamic data and static data separation is adopted for ocean file management, accurate dynamic analysis and static analysis of ocean file data are combined, and in addition, visualized display of ocean file data content is also a major characteristic of the method.
