The system-on-chip is internally provided with a plurality of cores, wherein the plurality of cores comprise a trusted core on a TEE side and a computing core on an REE side, and the core resource allocation method comprises the following steps: detecting whether the number of security service requests of all the computing cores in the system-on-chip meets a preset resource dynamic allocation condition or not; and when the number of the security service requests of all the computing cores in the system-on-chip meets a preset resource dynamic allocation condition, switching a part of the computing cores in all the computing cores in the system-on-chip into trustedcores.
