Abstract

The invention provides a maxilla-lowering drag hook for orthognathic operation and belongs to the field of medical apparatus and instruments. The drag hook includes a holding rod, a connecting rod anda hook end structure which are connected in sequence. The hook end structure comprises of two connecting hooks arranged at an interval. The two connecting hooks extend from the end which connects thehook end structure and the connecting rod to the direction further from the connecting rod. The connecting hooks include a first connecting section, a second connecting section, a third connecting section and a fourth connecting section which are connected in sequence. One end of the first connecting section is connected with the connecting rod and another end of the first connecting section is connected with the second connecting section. The first connecting section and the second connecting section are in the opposite direction. The first connecting section and the second connecting section share the same tangent line at the connecting position. The second connecting section, the third connecting section and the fourth connecting section are in the same direction. The second connectingsection and the third connecting section share the same tangent line at the connecting position and the third connecting section and the fourth connecting section share the same tangent line at the connecting position. The diameter of each of the connecting hooks is gradually reduced along the direction from the first connecting section to the fourth connecting section. The drag hook provided bythe invention is easy to operate and can improve operation efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to an upper jaw lowering hook for orthognathic surgery. Background technique [0002] Dental and maxillofacial deformities account for about 5% of the population, and orthognathic surgery is the main method for treating dental and maxillofacial deformities. Among them, LeFort type Ⅰ osteotomy is the most commonly used operation. When the maxillary fracture is down fractured, it is often necessary to deal with the bone in the inner and posterior walls of the maxillary sinus or the outer wing plate of the greater wing of the sphenoid, so that the cut maxilla can move in the direction designed before operation to achieve the desired result. The effect of surgery. The fractured and lowered maxillary section consists of curved nasal floors on both sides, maxillary sinus floor, and a high-arched nasal septum in the center. The operation needs to fully expose and eliminate the i...
