Abstract

A special oxygen stop valve for an anti-explosion chamber comprises a valve body, a valve clack and a valve rod. The valve clack comprises a main valve clack and a piloted valve clack. A circulation port is formed in the bottom of the main valve clack, the side wall is provided with a balance hole, and the outer edge of the bottom of the main valve clack and the conical surface of a medium via hole in the valve body are sealed. The piloted valve clack is arranged on an inner cavity of the main valve clack, the bottom of the piloted valve clack and the conical surface of the circulation port inthe bottom of the main valve clack are sealed, and the other end of the piloted valve clack and the valve rod are connected through a T-shaped groove. The upper end of the main valve clack is in threaded connection with a valve clack cover, and the valve rod adaptively penetrates out of the valve clack cover. The main valve clack and the piloted valve clack are in clearance fit. A pressure balance valve clack structure is adopted in the special oxygen stop valve, the valve opening force is reduced, and the safety usage factor of an oxygen pipeline valve is improved.
