The invention also discloses a cigarette quitting method using the low-temperature smoking set with the rotationally moving and separating type heater. According to the method, in the industry of low-temperature cigarettes, the heater isfirstly designed to be a rotational structure, and the drive mechanism is used for driving the heater to be separated from the cigarette while driving the heater to rotate relative to the cigarette,so that the problem that cut tobacco of the cigarette is adhered to the heater after smoking is well solved, the cut tobacco is prevented from being excessively remained on the heater, the load of cleaning the heater is relieved, and meanwhile, the smoking material can be effectively prevented from falling into the smoking set.
