The sequential medicine is characterized in that when ovulation of a patient with moderate-severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is promoted, pretreatment administration of prednisone, metformin and prednisone acetate begins; after ovum collection, the medicineand a hydroxyethyl starch sodium chloride injection medicine are continuously applied for comprehensive symptomatic treatment; a series of sequential combination therapies of drugs for preventing OHSSare carried out; and after fertilized ovum blastocyst culture is carried out in an embryo laboratory for 5 to 6 days, fresh cycle transplantation is carried out. The embryo utilization rate and the clinical pregnancy rate are improved. The embryo freezing rate is reduced, and especially moderate and severe OHSS conditions are effectively controlled.
