The locking device comprises a first receiver, a first processor, a first controller, a first emitter and a lock body; the first receiver is configured to receive a first optical signal sent by the unlocking device, wherein the first optical signal comprises information obtained after the first unlocking passwordis coded; the first processor is configured to decode the first optical signal to obtain a first unlocking password; the first controller is configured to compare the first unlocking password with apreset second unlocking password and control whether the lock body is unlocked or not according to a comparison result; wherein the lock body is configured to generate a first digital electric signalcomprising unlocking result information according to an unlocking result; the first emitter is configured to emit a second optical signal to the unlocking device according to the first digital electric signal, and the second optical signal comprises information obtained after the unlocking result information is coded.
