The invention provides a method and a device for allocating and acquiring sidelink resources, and a computer readable medium. The allocation method comprises: first UE receives a sidelink resource allocation request message multicast by second UE; selecting sidelink resources corresponding to the sidelink resource allocation request message; and multicast or broadcast of a sidelink resource allocation response message is carried out, the sidelink resource allocation response message indicating the selected sidelink resources. The acquiring method comprises the steps that the second UE judges whether data to be sent exist or not; if so, multicast of the sidelink resource allocation request message is carried out to request transmission of the sidelink resources required by the to-be-sent data; and receiving the sidelink resource allocation response message from the first UE, wherein the sidelink resource allocation response message comprises sidelink resources selected by the first UE for the second UE. By adoption of the scheme of the invention, the UE in the NR-V2X technology can realize selection, allocation and acquisition of the sidelink resources.
