Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of bamboo pulp fibers and bamboo extracts prepared from bamboos. The method comprises steps of fresh bamboo pole pretreatment, bamboo filament material steaming and decocting treatment, primary enzymolysis treatment, softening treatment, high-concentration pulping treatment, squeezing treatment, secondary enzymolysis treatment and concentration treatment. The method is advantaged in that the bamboo pulp fiber and the bamboo extracts can be synchronously extracted, generation of wastes and wastewater in bamboo pulping is reduced, a process method is redesigned, so the bamboo extracts are effectively and comprehensively extracted and can be converted into medicinal and edible materials, most of saccharides, tannins and other impurities which influence the quality of the bamboo pulp fibers can be removed, colored substances in the bamboo pulp fibers are reduced, and the utilization rate and the yield of bamboos are increased.
