Abstract

The invention provides a sphere connection compensation device for an aircraft fuel system. The compensation device comprises a first structural body with a sphere part, a second structural body witha mounting port for mounting the sphere body, a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring arranged in a gap between the sphere part and the mounting port, and a limiting ring for limiting movementof the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring and contacted with the sphere part to enable the first structural body and the second structural body to relatively rotate, wherein the section diameters of the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring are different; and the positions of the limiting ring and the second structural body are relatively fixed. The sphere connection compensation device enables the sphere structure to rotate in all directions to prevent vibration and other influences on an aircraft along with various attitude angles, stress application, takeoff and landingof the aircraft in the full-envelope process of the aircraft.
